Kogta Financial is looking for a Legal Manager (Collection) for its Karnal location. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters across Haryana and providing legal support to the collection team.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience with a Bank/NBFC.
- Experience in handling:
- Warrant Execution
- NI 138 matters
- Execution Petitions
- SARFAESI cases
- Candidates from the same location will be preferred.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
