About the Job

Hinduja Leyland Finance LTD to handle the commercial vehicle portfolio of the company along with the LOS recovery as a Legal officer Post, Sitting will be Panchkula -Chandigarh

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification : LLB ( 3 years or 5 years )
• Experience – 2 years.
• Well versed with Arbitration Proceedings
• Knowledge of 138 NI Act
• EP Cases
• Consumer Cases
• Criminal Matters
• Customer visit experience will be the main part.
• Handling police complaints
• Additional Requirement : Expertise in operating MS- Office/Excel

Salary

CTC- up to 25 k
