About the Job

L&T Finance is inviting applications for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Legal (Contracting).

This role involves leading end-to-end contracting across corporate functions, providing strategic legal advice, and enabling efficient commercial outcomes.

Eligibility

• 5–10 years of experience in corporate legal/contracting (BFSI preferred)
• Experience in IT, digitisation, and commercial contracts
• Working knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across:
• IT & Digitisation (SaaS, data privacy, digital initiatives)
• Marketing (agency, branding, campaigns)
• Co-lending, assignment, treasury, vendor, and operational agreements
• HR and general corporate contracts
• Provide business-aligned legal advice on structuring and risk
• Handle IPR-related aspects including licensing and usage rights
• Develop templates, playbooks, and contracting frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deal execution
• Support governance, compliance, and audit requirements
