The roles involve legal work relating to the following products:
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Personal Loan (PL)
- Business Loan (BL)
Eligibility
- LL.B. qualification.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in litigation, arbitration and legal drafting.
- Experience in execution matters and financial services/NBFC legal processes.
- Knowledge of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act.
