About the Job
The organization is looking for an experienced Legal Manager who can independently handle commercial contracts and drive negotiations to closure in a fast-paced business environment.
Eligibility
- 6+ years of relevant legal experience
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives
- Independently leading counterparty negotiations end-to-end
