About the Job

Tarkash Law is hiring an Associate – Corporate Law to join its growing team in Gurugram.

The role offers exposure to premium corporate mandates, including M&A, private equity, cross-border transactions, corporate advisory, compliance, and structuring.

Minimum Commitment: 2 years

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law
• Strong drafting, research, and transaction management skills
