About the Job
Resolute Corporate Advisory LLP is hiring for the position of Manager – Legal (IBC) for 2 vacancies. The role involves hands-on work on insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, including CIRP, Liquidation, PIRP, and other IBC-related processes.
Eligibility
- CS or LL.B. qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience handling IBC matters.
- Good understanding of IBC provisions is preferred.
- Strong drafting skills are preferred.
- Practical exposure to insolvency matters is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
- Assist with Liquidation and Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PIRP).
- Support other IBC-related processes.
- Prepare documents and filings.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and authorities.
- Work on insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
