About the Job

Resolute Corporate Advisory LLP is hiring for the position of Manager – Legal (IBC) for 2 vacancies. The role involves hands-on work on insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, including CIRP, Liquidation, PIRP, and other IBC-related processes.

Eligibility

CS or LL.B. qualification.
1–2 years of experience handling IBC matters.
Good understanding of IBC provisions is preferred.
Strong drafting skills are preferred.
Practical exposure to insolvency matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
Assist with Liquidation and Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PIRP).
Support other IBC-related processes.
Prepare documents and filings.
Coordinate with stakeholders and authorities.
Work on insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
