The role involves legal support for real estate transactions, land-related matters, title due diligence, leasing, customer-related matters, and dispute resolution.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• LL.B. and/or LL.M.
• 6–10 years of experience, preferably with a law firm, real estate organisation, or private equity (PE) fund.
• Knowledge of land-related laws.
• Experience in title due diligence and knowledge of revenue and land records across India.

Responsibilities

• Handle real estate transactions, including:
  • Drafting Joint Venture Agreements.
  • Development Agreements.
  • Conveyance Deeds.
  • Lease Deeds.
  • Powers of Attorney.
  • SPA, SHA, and other shareholders’ agreements.
• Negotiate with opposite parties for finalisation and closure of transactions.
• Support the Leasing team in drafting Fitout Side Letters, car park letters, NOCs, and other relevant documents.
• Handle customer-related matters, including drafting:
  • Application Forms.
  • Allotment Letters.
  • Buyer’s Agreements.
  • Conveyance Deeds.
  • Maintenance Agreements.
• Handle disputes raised by partners, clients, third parties, and in relation to projects.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders in resolving disputes, matters, and conflicts arising during the course of business.
