About the Job

Lexmanus Solutions LLP is hiring Legal Associate – Fresher candidates for its legal and compliance practice.

The selected candidates will work on legal and labour law compliance assignments, client support, compliance audits, employment-related matters, and corporate advisory work.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• LL.B., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or LL.M.
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Basic understanding of labour and employment laws.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and work on diverse client assignments.
• Genuine interest in Legal & Compliance consulting.

Exposure to litigation and court proceedings, including court visits, case filing, briefing, and basic understanding of court procedures, will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work on legal and labour law compliance assignments.
• Research and interpret applicable laws.
• Prepare and review legal and compliance documentation.
• Assist with labour law registrations, licences, and statutory compliances.
• Support compliance audits and client assignments.
• Assist in preparing reports, notices, and legal documentation.
• Gain exposure to POSH, Labour Codes, and employment-related compliances.
• Support senior professionals on client assignments.
