Adani Enterprises is hiring for the position of Legal Manager – Litigation, Arbitration & Contracts in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing litigation, arbitration, contractual, commercial, recovery, and regulatory matters across India, along with providing legal advisory and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in litigation, arbitration, and commercial contracts.
- Candidates with corporate experience will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive arbitration, litigation, recovery, contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters across India.
- Draft, review, and finalise legal documents, including claims, counterclaims, written statements, legal notices, affidavits, appeals, and other pleadings.
- Provide legal advice on commercial transactions, dispute resolution strategies, contractual risks, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, vet, negotiate, and manage domestic and international commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), memoranda of understanding (MoUs), procurement agreements, consultancy agreements, and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
