Responsibilities
Litigation
- Handle litigation matters involving consumer, IPR, property, recovery, and related areas.
- Coordinate with external lawyers and counsel.
- Manage cases, including management reporting and obtaining feedback from concerned business teams.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
Customs and Regulatory Matters
- Handle matters relating to customs laws and DRI-related investigations.
- Stay well versed in applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide opinions and advice on day-to-day matters related to manufacturing and sales.
