Experience: Minimum 4-6 years (Post Qualification)
Passion for litigation
Strong drafting skills
Experience in arguing matters before the High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts
Client management expertise
Proficient in e-filing procedures at the Delhi High Court and NCLT & NCLAT
Prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters is mandatory
