About the Job

The firm is seeking experienced litigation lawyers to join as Associates or Senior Associates. The role involves active court appearances, case strategy, client management, and drafting, with a strong emphasis on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.

Eligibility

Essential

• 4 to 6 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience arguing before High Courts, Tribunals, and/or District Courts.
• Prior experience in IBC matters.
• Proficiency in e-filing at the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Effective client management and communication skills.

Desirable

• Passion for litigation and courtroom advocacy.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Appear and argue matters before High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and District Courts.
• Handle PMLA matters and arbitration proceedings before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
• Manage end-to-end Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
• Manage e-filing procedures at the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates.
• Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategies.
