About the Job

Marlabs designs is inviting applications for the post of Legal Jobs.

Eligibility and Experience

– Plus point if candidate have worked in any CLM tool
– 1-3 Years of experience in similar field with any IT company or law firm
– Candidate should be a law graduate from a recognised institution.

Roles and Responsibilities

– Review, draft, negotiation of all type of services agreements, statement of work, order forms, procurement agreements, etc.
– Maintaining Contract Repository
– Coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders on a daily basis for engagement clarity and discussions.
