About the Job

EPIC Company is hiring for multiple roles in its legal team, offering exposure to high-value media, OTT, and intellectual property matters.

Positions Available:

• Manager – Legal
• Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
• Junior Executive

Eligibility 

• Manager – Legal: 5–8 years of experience
• Senior Executive / Assistant Manager: 2–5 years of experience
• Junior Executive: 0.5–2 years of experience

Responsibilities

Manager – Legal

• Draft and negotiate complex contracts for films and OTT/TV
• Handle licensing, syndication, and distribution deals
• Manage litigation portfolio and legal notices
• Review scripts and approve chain of title
• Oversee compliance and conduct advanced legal research

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

• Draft and negotiate production and distribution agreements
• Handle rights acquisition and marketing releases
• Review title documents and script clearances
• Assist in litigation and legal research

Junior Executive

• Draft base contracts, NDAs, and LOIs
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs
• Review scripts and maintain documentation trackers
• Perform document checks and support project reporting

Who We’re Looking For

• Exposure to media & entertainment contracts
• Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights
• Excellent English communication skills
• Self-driven and capable of working independently
