About the Job
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling contract management activities, including the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of contracts, amendments, and related legal documents. Candidates with experience in IT and SaaS contracts will be preferred.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, excluding litigation.
- Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and finalising contracts, amendments, and related documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with IT contracts and SaaS contracts is preferred.
