About the Job

Agratas is looking to hire an experienced and commercially driven legal professional to join its in-house legal team. The role focuses on advising on financing and commercial contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and providing guidance on legal risks and mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

At least 7 years of experience in general corporate law, project finance, and banking and finance.
Experience in a top-tier law firm or advising corporates on domestic and cross-border financing transactions is preferred.
Strong understanding of corporate law and banking regulations.
Proficiency in contract drafting and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders.
Ability to handle transactions with minimal support.
High attention to detail, strong commercial awareness, and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Assist in structuring commercial and project finance debt transactions.
Review commercial contracts, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Review legal documents related to financing and commercial transactions.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters.
Provide guidance on regulatory and legal implications, risks, and mitigation strategies.
