About the Job
Applications are being invited for the anticipated vacancy of two (02) posts of a Member in NCDRC
Eligibility
- Must be a sitting or former High Court Judge, or
- Have served for at least 10 years as a District and Additional District Judge, or
- Be a distinguished professional with 25+ years of experience in law, public affairs, administration, finance, business, economics, or related fields
- Must have completed 50 years of age as on the last date of application (23.04.2025)
Salary
As per the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 (equivalent to High Court Judge-level pay)
