Eligibility
Assistant Legislative Counsel (Hindi Branch):
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Hindi proficiency at school or higher education level
- For LLM: 5 years experience in legal affairs, translation, or legislative drafting
- For LLB: 7 years experience in similar fields
Assistant Public Prosecutor:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of experience at the Bar
Salary
- Assistant Legislative Counsel (Hindi Branch): Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700) as per 7th CPC
- Assistant Public Prosecutor: Level-08 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100) as per 7th CPC
