Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day corporate legal and compliance functions
- Assist in preparation and review of government e-tender documents
- Ensure regulatory and tender-related compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements and SLAs
- Assist in contract management and internal advisory work
