About the Job

Jupiter Law Partners is hiring candidates to assist its Trademark Team with filings, trademark portfolio management, searches, reporting, and administrative support functions. The role offers both physical and virtual working options.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the role should have:

LL.B., B.Com., or B.A. qualification
0–3 years of post-qualification experience in any field
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF handling, and data entry/extraction from internet websites
Strong email drafting skills
Fluency in English and Hindi

Preference will be given to LL.B. graduates.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Trademark Team with day-to-day filings
Conducting trademark searches
Assisting in trademark portfolio management
Generating search reports
Uploading and downloading information
Managing deadlines
Creating invoices and following up on billing matters
Drafting emails and professional correspondence

Skills Required

Diligent and disciplined approach to work
Self-driven and hardworking attitude
Willingness to learn
Ability to travel when required

Mode

Virtual working option available. Candidates opting for the virtual mode must have a laptop with good internet access.
