About the Job

Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring an Assistant/Associate Director to provide Paralegal Support to their clients to help them achieve their contractual, legal, and other regulatory requirements. 

Eligibility

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote or flexible environment
• Ability to effectively handle/manage stakeholders both internal and external, be solution-oriented and come up with ideas to accelerate the growth of Paralegal services
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant tools and technology providers relevant in the LPO sector and devising strategy to engage with them and explore partnership options
• A degree in law will be preferred
• Any other certifications in finance, business or marketing are an added advantage

Responsibilities

They are on the lookout for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our expanding team. This pivotal role is aimed at propelling our growth by promoting our paralegal services to clients in the financial service sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the domain,and its requirements and excel in building robust relationships with professionals and firms

• Identify and target potential clients within the industry
• Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through superior service and communication
• Demonstrable sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in legal or LPO sectors with focus on service to financial services’ clients
• Deliver presentations to prospective clients showcasing our service capabilities
• Understanding of various platforms and experience on engaging in platform partnerships
• Handling client negotiations end to end to ensure timely execution and completion
• Work closely with the marketing team to create relevant marketing collaterals and run campaigns
• Mentor teams and build processes to deliver the top-quality support service to the clients
