About the Job/Internship
Tandon Law Associates is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Associates and Interns to join their team. The ideal candidates will be fresh law graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience. The firm is looking for individuals who possess excellent drafting and researching skills, and who can confidently handle effective court hearings.
Eligibility
- For Junior Associates: 0-1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- For Interns: Enrolled law students or recent graduates.
Roles and Responsibilities
Junior Associates:
- Independently draft and finalize legal documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research.
- Exhibit a sound understanding of IPC, CPC, CrPC, NI Act, Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Companies Act, and other related laws.
- Handle court hearings effectively and confidently.
- Demonstrate sincerity, hard work, and diligence in all tasks.
Interns:
- Assist in drafting and legal research.
- Support in court-related tasks and case preparations.
- Gain exposure to a wide array of legal proceedings and practice areas.
Duration of Internship
The positions for Junior Associates and Interns are ongoing with immediate joining availability.
Salary/Stipend
Remuneration will be as per industry standards.
