About the Job

Kaiser Permanente is looking for a highly skilled and motivated lawyer to join the in-house legal team. Work Schedule: 5 days Work from Office (Transport facility provided by the company)

Eligibility

• In-depth knowledge of corporate laws and cyber security & privacy Laws.
• Work Experience Required: 6 to 7 years (preferably in Tier 1 law firm or a MNC)
• Law graduate from a reputed university.
• Company Secretary would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Contract Management and Regulatory Compliance:

• Drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of agreements.
• Preparing contract templates to streamline contract procedures.
• Experience in legal research, ability to efficiently analyze and interpret complex legal documents, and statutes, and to support case laws to understand the company.

Legal Strategy Implementation:

• Assisting management in implementing legal strategies.
• Identifying and assessing legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.

Ethics & Compliance and Record Keeping

• Ensuring compliance with corporate and employment laws of India
• Maintaining corporate records
• Avoiding litigation and making recommendations to senior management regarding litigation resolution
• Collaborating with external counsel to develop litigation strategies.
• Liaising with fellow professionals.
