About the Job

Vedya Partners based in Hauz Khas, New Delhi, is looking to hire 2 Advocates (1–3 years PQE) to join our team.

Eligibility

1–3 years PQE

Responsibilities

Position 1: The role involves assisting in a diverse range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional work for the clients. The work will include contract drafting and review, due diligence, compliance audits, and general advisory on diverse commercial arrangements. Candidates with strong drafting, analytical, and research skills, and an interest in corporate, real estate and regulatory practice, are encouraged to apply.

Position 2: The role involves assisting with diverse litigation work (civil, regulatory, insolvency, and commercial), in the Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals. Candidates with strong drafting and research skills and an interest in Litigation practice are encouraged to apply.
