About the Job

Aditya Pratap Law Offices is looking to hire an Office Assistant who is well-versed in English Computer Typing, maintaining and keeping office records and files as well as doing billing and invoice work.

Office Timings

10 am to 7 pm sharp. Candidates should report on time and be permitted to leave office on time. 2nd and 4th Saturdays will be given as an off in addition to Sundays.

No of Leaves per Year

Candidates will be entitled to 15 days of paid leave per year. This paid leave will be taken at one paid leave per month for the first nine months of the service year and the balance of three months can be taken as two paid leaves per month. Candidates should be punctual, disciplined, and hardworking at all times.

Eligibility

• The Candidate must be fluent in English and have good error-free English Typing with good speed. Candidates should not make any grammatical mistakes while typing in English.
• Candidate must be well versed in MS Office, MS Word, Google Chrome, MS Excel, etc.
• Those having knowledge of Marathi and having the ability to translate Marathi Documents into English will be given preference.
