About the Job
Khaitan & Co is looking for an Associate
Eligibility
- 0-3 years
- Qualified LLB or LLM from a recognized law school in India / abroad (qualified to work in India).
- 0-3 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE / VC transactions with a Tier 1 law firm.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Contracts: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legally binding agreements on behalf of the client.
- Deal Management: Conducting due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing deals. Collaborate closely with business partners to resolve all legal issues and mitigate liability risks.
- Venture Capital: Helping start-ups or existing corporations find capital to build or expand the business, which can involve either private or public financing.
