About the Internship

Vasista Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern (IPR) to support its intellectual property and technology law-related initiatives. The internship offers practical exposure to intellectual property rights, legal research, documentation, and IP portfolio management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Coursework, certification, internship, moot court participation, research paper, or project work in:
  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
  • Patent Law
  • Copyright Law
  • Trademark Law
  • Technology Law
    will be an added advantage.
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic legal research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Technology Laws.
• Assist in IP documentation and portfolio management.
• Support trademark, copyright, and other IP-related activities.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
