About the Job
Kashi Capital Pvt. Ltd. is looking to recruit a Legal Executive / Legal Officer to handle corporate legal matters, litigation, recovery proceedings and related legal responsibilities.
The role requires practical experience in SARFAESI Act proceedings, court-related matters, Lok Adalat proceedings and coordination with police authorities.
Eligibility
Candidates must fulfil the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal matters.
- Strong experience in handling corporate legal matters.
- Hands-on experience with SARFAESI Act proceedings.
- Experience in handling FIR registration through court.
- Experience in handling Lok Adalat proceedings.
- Knowledge of warrant execution and coordination with police stations.
- Knowledge of legal documentation, litigation and recovery proceedings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
