About the Job
Invedus is hiring a Legal Associate for its office in Noida Sector 2. The role involves handling drafting, litigation, compliance, and advisory work.
Eligibility
- LL.B (Bachelor’s degree in Law)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in legal drafting (mandatory)
- Experience in litigation (mandatory)
- Knowledge of compliance and contract management
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal notices
- Handling litigation matters
- Managing compliance and ensuring adherence to legal regulations
- Representing the company in court proceedings
- Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders
Work Details
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
