Eligibility
- Candidate should have graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Preference will be given candidate will LL.B. degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Result orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline
Responsibilities
- Need to respond and support for all legal cases against the banks in hub.
- Monitor all the customers vehicles and other assets and initiate legal proceedings for recovery of dues.
- Need to ensure suitable legal action and other Proceedings are initiated for repossessing the asset & recover the outstanding dues after reviewing the NPA contracts with the SLC.
- Need to monitor all statutory compliances licenses m the hub.
