Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) invites application for empanelment of advocates for rendering legal opinion and contesting cases in various courts in 13 districts under the jurisdiction of State Office, KVIC, Dehradun as well as High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital.

Name of the Post: Panel Advocate

Eligibility

For being eligible to be enrolled on a panel, an advocate shall have – (a) at least ten years standing practice at the bar or; (b) at least 5 years’ experience in handling the legal matters of the KVIC while he was in employment with KVIC (work allocation order for the 5 years proving the legal work experience should be submitted along with application.
