About the Job
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Executive for candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including freshers with relevant internship exposure.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant internship experience may apply
Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting legal notices, agreements, and replies
- Supporting Section 138 (Cheque Bounce) case documentation and follow-ups
- Coordinating with advocates regarding hearing dates and case updates
- Assisting in property/title verification and legal due diligence
- Maintaining legal MIS, records, and compliance documentation
- Providing backend support for recovery and SARFAESI matters
Salary
Up to ₹30,000 per month
