About the Job

DrinkPrime is hiring a Legal Executive for its in-house Legal & Compliance team. The role is suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience who are interested in building a career in in-house legal functions. The selected candidate will work on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, legal research, and coordination with external counsel.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Hold an LL.B., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or an equivalent degree.
• Have 0–3 years of experience.
• Possess a sound understanding of Indian contract and corporate law.
• Demonstrate strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
• Support legal compliance relating to regulatory filings and corporate governance.
• Coordinate with external counsel on legal notices, disputes, and registrations.
• Conduct legal research to support business decisions.

Location

Bangalore. Candidates should be based in Bangalore or be willing to relocate.
