About the Job
Asraya Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate from recent law graduates (Class of 2024) who are committed, detail-oriented, and passionate about litigation.
Eligibility
BA LL.B/BBA LL.B. & LL.B. graduates from the Class of 2024 with a strong interest in trial and litigation work
Responsibilities
1. Assisting in civil and criminal trial matters before the Hon’ble High Court and District Courts of Delhi
2. Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
3. Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
4. Attending and assisting in client conferences
5. Appearing before competent authorities and assisting in procedural compliances
