About the Job

Balaji Telefilms Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive – Litigation to support its litigation practice. The role is intended for candidates with a strong litigation background who have gained post-qualification experience in law firms. Candidates with a mixed litigation and corporate practice will not be considered.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in pure litigation with a law firm.
• Mandatory experience in litigation-focused practice.
• Hands-on exposure to court proceedings, including attending hearings and assisting senior advocates.
• Experience in drafting, filing, and coordinating litigation-related documentation.
• Experience in media and entertainment litigation will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Attend court proceedings and assist senior advocates.
• Draft, file, and coordinate litigation-related documentation.
• Liaise with advocates, courts, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the firm’s litigation matters and related legal processes.

Mode

Work from office (Monday to Saturday).

Location

Mumbai.
