Mitcon India is hiring Legal Counsel / Manager – Legal & Compliance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / LL.M. with 5–12 years of experience
• Strong in contracts, compliance, and dispute management
• Background in EPC, consultancy, infrastructure, or renewable energy is a plus
• Excellent drafting, analytical & communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft & negotiate contracts (EPC, consultancy, vendor, NDAs, RFPs, etc.)
• Ensure legal & regulatory compliance (Contract Act, environmental laws, etc.)
• Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration
• Support land acquisition, licensing & project documentation
• Advise on governance, risk, and internal policies
