Are you a detail-oriented legal professional looking to advance your career? They are seeking a Legal Associate to join our team and support diverse legal and compliance functions across corporate, real estate, and employment domains.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, real estate, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and coordinate with external counsel when required.
• Maintain legal records, documentation, and case files.
• Advise management on risk mitigation and business implications.
• Support internal teams with legal queries and compliance checks.

Eligibility

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/legal practice.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate, corporate advisory, or labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
