About the Job

Keyloop is hiring a Legal Counsel – Sales (Global Markets) to support its Sales and Professional Services functions. Based in Hyderabad, the role involves working closely with colleagues and customers in the UK and other international markets, providing legal support for enterprise sales, technology contracting, and cross-border commercial transactions.

Eligibility

Candidates should possess:

• Qualification as a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India or an equivalent recognised legal qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of English and Welsh contract law and international commercial contracting.
• Experience handling legal workstreams for B2B software or technology transactions, from the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage through contract execution.
• Working knowledge of UK contract law and data protection or privacy requirements relevant to technology and SaaS contracting.
• Excellent drafting skills with fluency in English.
• Sound understanding of legal risks associated with technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide practical legal guidance to commercial and sales teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting and negotiating enterprise sales transactions with global automotive brands, national sales companies, and automotive dealer customers.
• Reviewing and negotiating variations to standard customer terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Assisting in maintaining standard legal documents, including customer terms and conditions, Statement of Work templates, playbooks, and internal guidelines.
• Supporting governance relating to Professional Services during the sales cycle.
• Advising on data protection, IT, and technology contracting issues relevant to UK and international transactions.
• Responding to legal queries from Professional Services and business teams across the UK and other markets.
• Coordinating with external legal counsel in the UK and other jurisdictions on local law matters, filings, and disputes arising from sales contracts.
