About The Job 

BlackSuit is looking for a Legal Consultant with experience in both litigation and in-house legal work.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree
•  3–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents (affidavits, complaints, notices, pleadings)
• Handling cheque bounce cases (Section 138 NI Act) and civil recovery suits
• Supporting matters before the High Court and other courts
• Court filings, case tracking, and attending hearings (as required)
•  Legal research and preparation of case briefs
• Contract drafting, review, and compliance support
• Managing legal queries, disputes, and RBI-related matters
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and internal teams
