• Legal Consultant – 04 Posts
• Real Estate Legal Consultant – 01 Post

Eligibility

Legal Consultant

Applicants should have:

• An LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from an institution approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
• A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in LL.B.
• 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Five-year integrated LL.B. from a National Law University in India.
• A good PG CLAT score for the years 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• Three years of post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the Legal Division of a Central/State Government department or PSU, a registered company, or a law firm engaged in the business of Advocates and Solicitors for more than 20 years.
• Hands-on experience in drafting, vetting, and execution of legal documents, agreements, contracts, and MOUs, along with legal due diligence.
• Core competence in analysing legal and commercial documents.
• In-depth knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Laws, Company Law, Consumer Protection Act, Securities Laws, Merger and Acquisition Laws, Cyber Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Telecom Regulatory and Licensing Laws, the Indian Telegraph Act, Conveyancing, Civil and Criminal Laws, Administrative and Service Laws, Labour Laws, Taxation, Domestic and International Arbitration, International Law, Litigation, and the RTI Act.
• Proficiency in working in a computerised environment.

Real Estate Legal Consultant

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognised university or institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in handling land, revenue, and immovable property-related matters.
• Working knowledge of examination and verification of land title documents, revenue records such as Khasra, Khatauni, Jamabandi, mutation, registration and conveyancing procedures, land acquisition and compensation matters, encumbrance verification, and property due diligence.
• Proficiency in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, conveyance deeds, legal notices, legal opinions, and other property-related documentation.

Salary
