About the Job
Trademo is looking to hire Legal & Compliance Associate
Eligibility
- Exp of 1-2 years in a corporate legal environment, with a focus on commercial contracts, B2B transactions, and corporate law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, etc.)
- Advise internal teams on a variety of legal issues, including corporate governance, intellectual property, data protection, and risk management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation, including liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
