About the Job

Office of Pratiksha Sharma & Ankit Acharya, AORs is calling for recruitment applications from Advocates practicing in Delhi for its litigation team.

Eligibility

• PQE: Senior Associate: 3-5 years
• The Applicants must have handled Supreme Court, High Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Trial Courts and other Tribunals and Judicial Fora.
• The office is looking for dedicated Advocates interested in exploring litigation; preferably with prior experience in Commercial and Civil litigation, Criminal laws, Banking laws, etc.
• Drafting work includes, but is not limited to, SLPs/ Appeals/ Petitions/Applications/Reply Rejoinder, etc., and appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various Tribunals and Judicial Fora across Delhi.
• The Applicant should have the ability to think and make decisions independently and also render legal opinions to clients.
• The Applicants should have good communication skills (both oral and written).

Remuneration

As per industry standards.
