Eligibility

• Female candidate preferred
• Based in India or the Philippines
• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior U.S. customer care / client relations experience
• Comfortable working in PST hours
• Initially Work From Home (WFH), but should be open to joining from office in the near future
• Law degree preferred (an added advantage for legal client interactions)

Responsibilities

• Managing calendars & scheduling meetings
• Coordinating client calls and follow-ups
• Cold calling & client engagement
• Supporting business development activities
