Eligibility
- 1-2 years of experience in contract drafting and litigation in Civil and High Courts.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements.
- Handle litigation matters in Civil and High Courts.
- Provide legal opinions and guidance on compliance, corporate, and commercial matters.
- Assist with legal research and case preparation.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal requirements are met.
