Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience or a meaningful internship in Indirect Tax (GST & Customs) will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of e-filing before the Delhi High Court will be an added advantage.
- A willingness to work in a litigation-oriented practice with regular court and tribunal appearances.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling matters relating to indirect tax (GST and Customs), banking and commercial litigation, civil litigation, and white-collar crime.
- Appear before various courts and tribunals.
- Support litigation strategy, legal research, and drafting.
Location
Delhi and Noida.
