About the Job

PMRT Legal is hiring an Associate for its office in Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi. The role is suited for advocates with experience in banking and financial litigation and offers immediate joining.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Prior working knowledge of:
  • The SARFAESI Act, 2002
  • The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDB Act)
  • The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC)
  • The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
• Strong drafting, legal research, and litigation skills.

Salary

Remuneration will be mutually agreed upon. The remuneration may be reviewed and revised upon successful completion of the probation period based on the Associate’s performance and overall contribution to the firm.
