Position: Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate for Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Eligibility
- 1-4 years of relevant legal experience (depending on position).
- Proficient in drafting legal documents.
- Experienced in court appearances.
- Strong legal research capabilities.
- Confident, with a commitment to a long-term association.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- LLB or LLM degree required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft complaints, suits, and petitions.
- Represent clients in courts and tribunals.
- Assist in arbitration and legal consultations.
- Collaborate on case strategies with senior attorneys.
- Undertake draftings.
- Stay current on legal developments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
