About the Job

Zenith Law Chambers seeks to hire a Legal Associate for its office in Jangpura, New Delhi, requiring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. This full-time, on-site position involves handling case files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for court appearances.

Eligibility

Candidates should possess experience in Commercial, Consumer, and Arbitration matters, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a good knowledge of various aspects of law and legal procedures. The ability to work independently and within a team, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills, are essential.

Responsibilities

ZLC’s core practice areas include Civil Laws, Criminal Laws, Consumer Protection Acts, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and Banking Laws across various forums including District Courts, District Consumer Forums, State Commissions, High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
