About the Job
Applications are invited for the position of Independent Legal Counsel with Kishore A to represent and handle legal matters before the Andhra Pradesh High Court. The engagement involves banking litigation, property transactions and disputes, as well as matters relating to financial frauds and economic offences.

Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Have 3–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Be enrolled with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh.
- Be locally based in Amaravati, Vijayawada, or Guntur.
- Have a strong understanding of property litigation, including the Transfer of Property Act, specific relief, and real estate litigation.
- Have proven experience handling matters under the SARFAESI Act and the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act (RDB Act).
- Have experience in criminal law, particularly white-collar crimes, economic offences, and drafting criminal writ petitions or petitions seeking directions for FIR registration.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be highly responsive.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting and filing Civil and Criminal Writ Petitions, counter-affidavits, and rejoinders before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
- Appearing independently before the Court, mentioning matters for urgent listing, and arguing cases.
- Coordinating with local police authorities, Station House Officers (SHOs), and the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) for FIR registrations and criminal fraud matters involving financial institutions.
- Managing registry procedures and rectifying filing defects.
- Tracking daily cause lists and providing real-time case updates.
