About the Internship/Job
Chambers of Shachi Kothari is inviting applications from eligible candidates to join its litigation practice in Delhi. The practice offers exposure to a broad range of matters across commercial disputes, insolvency, civil, and criminal law.
Applications are invited for the following positions:
- Junior Associate (0–1 PQE)
- Assessment Intern (Final-year law students)
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely on diverse litigation matters and gain practical exposure across various stages of legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Junior Associate: 0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Assessment Intern: Final-year law student.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Assist with court appearances.
- Prepare case briefs and documentation.
- Contribute to case strategy and litigation preparation.
